Sessions are adjusted according to experience, goals, comfort, routine and physical capacity.
AntarLaya is a grounded space for yoga, meditation, breathwork and deep relaxation, created for people who want an accessible, meaningful practice without performance pressure.
The name AntarLaya brings together two ideas: antar, meaning inward or within, and laya, meaning rhythm, harmony or absorption.
AntarLaya was created to help people reconnect with their bodies, breath and inner pace through a practice that feels supportive rather than demanding.
The approach blends traditional yogic principles with the practical realities of modern life sedentary routines, mental overload, irregular sleep, stress and limited time.

Sessions are adjusted according to experience, goals, comfort, routine and physical capacity.
Practices are introduced gradually, allowing familiarity and consistency to develop before complexity.
Traditional principles are presented in a practical, approachable format for everyday life.
Movement, breath, meditation and relaxation are treated as connected parts of one practice.
You do not need prior experience, exceptional flexibility or a particular body type to begin.
Individual limitations, health concerns and personal boundaries are considered throughout the practice.
“Yoga is not a performance. It is a way of becoming more attentive to how you move, breathe and respond.”
AntarLaya places awareness before achievement. Every practice is an invitation to notice effort, tension, pace, breath and inner response with greater clarity.
The aim is not to pursue intensity for its own sake, but to cultivate a practice that can be repeated, adapted and carried into daily life.
Gaurav is a trained yoga teacher who brings a calm, structured and beginner-friendly approach to yoga, breathwork and deep relaxation.
Before moving into yoga professionally, he spent more than a decade in the information technology industry as a software engineer. That experience gives him a practical understanding of sedentary work, long screen hours, mental overload, irregular routines and the difficulty of maintaining consistent self-care.
His teaching focuses on foundational asanas, mindful movement, pranayama, relaxation and gradual progression. Sessions are designed to help people practise with awareness and confidence rather than comparison or performance pressure.

We begin with realistic durations, foundational movement and simple breath awareness.
Postures and practices can be modified according to comfort, mobility and experience.
A short sustainable practice is often more valuable than occasional intensity.
Every session includes an element of observation, breath awareness or relaxation.
