These terms set expectations for safe, respectful participation. AntarLaya offers general yoga and wellbeing guidance; participants remain responsible for disclosing relevant conditions, respecting personal limits and obtaining medical advice when appropriate.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, making an enquiry, booking a session, purchasing a membership or participating in an AntarLaya programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with the applicable booking and privacy policies.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. Corporate engagements may also be governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.

AntarLaya may offer group and private yoga, meditation, breath awareness, pranayama, deep relaxation, workshops, corporate wellbeing and related educational content in person or online.
- Services are intended for general wellbeing, mindful movement, education and practice.
- They are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy or emergency care.
- Acceptance into a programme may depend on age, health information, practical suitability, availability and instructor competence.
- AntarLaya may decline or discontinue participation where a programme appears unsuitable or unsafe.
3. Health disclosure and safe participation
Participants must provide accurate information relevant to safe participation and inform the instructor promptly about pregnancy, injury, pain, dizziness, recent surgery, blood pressure concerns, heart conditions, vertigo, glaucoma, hernia, restricted mobility or other material conditions.
- Obtain medical clearance before starting when advised by a healthcare professional or where a significant condition exists.
- Practise within your own capacity and use modifications offered.

- Stop and inform the instructor if you experience sharp pain, faintness, chest discomfort, unusual breathlessness, numbness or other concerning symptoms.
- Do not attend while intoxicated or where illness makes participation unsafe.
An instructor can provide guidance and observation but cannot fully assess everything occurring in a participant’s body, particularly online. Participation is voluntary, and each person remains responsible for responding to their own limits and seeking appropriate healthcare.
4. Studio and group conduct
- Arrive on time and follow entry, footwear, hygiene and equipment instructions.
- Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for movement.
- Use a clean mat and maintain reasonable personal hygiene.
- Keep phones silent and avoid disruption during yoga, meditation and relaxation.
- Treat instructors, staff and other participants respectfully.
- Do not photograph, record or identify another participant without permission.
- Harassment, threatening conduct, discriminatory behaviour or repeated disruption may result in removal without refund.
Late entry may be restricted where joining would disturb meditation, relaxation or a safety-critical sequence.
5. Online session responsibilities
For online participation, you are responsible for a stable connection, charged device, suitable camera position when requested, adequate lighting and a safe practice area.
- Use a non-slip surface with enough space around the body.
- Keep children, pets, furniture and trip hazards away from the movement area.
- Position the device so the instructor can observe relevant movements when visual guidance is necessary.
- Do not record or redistribute a live class without written permission.
- Technical disruption on the participant’s side does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
6. Memberships, pricing and scheduling
Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual and session-based plans are subject to the duration, class frequency, batch and mode confirmed at enrolment.
- Memberships are personal, non-transferable and cannot be shared.
- Published prices and schedules may change for future bookings.
- Attendance, make-up classes, pauses, extensions, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Bookings, Cancellations & Membership Policy.
- AntarLaya may replace an instructor, adjust a class format or move a class online when reasonably necessary.
