Meditation at AntarLaya

Create space
within.

Guided meditation and deep relaxation sessions in Hyderabad and online, designed to help you slow down, observe the mind and build a steadier relationship with stillness.

Our approach

Stillness that feels approachable.

Meditation does not require you to empty your mind or remain perfectly still. It begins with noticing—breath, body sensations, thoughts, emotions and the pace of attention.

AntarLaya sessions are guided, progressive and beginner-friendly. Practices can be adapted to your comfort, concentration span and experience.

The emphasis is on building a sustainable relationship with awareness, rather than forcing silence or chasing a particular state.

Frequently asked questions

Before your first meditation session.

Do I need prior meditation experience?

No. Sessions can begin with short guided practices, breath awareness and body observation. You do not need to know how to meditate beforehand.

Do I have to sit cross-legged?

No. You may sit on a chair, use cushions or lie down for certain relaxation practices depending on comfort and the session format.

What if my mind keeps wandering?

Mind-wandering is normal. Meditation is not about preventing thoughts; it is about noticing when attention has moved and returning gently.

Can meditation support better sleep?

Guided relaxation and evening meditation may support a calmer sleep routine when practised consistently. They are not substitutes for medical evaluation of persistent sleep problems.

Is meditation a replacement for psychotherapy or medical treatment?

No. Meditation is a supportive wellbeing practice and should not replace psychotherapy, psychiatric care or medical treatment when these are needed.
